Leland Oberst – President & CEO
Leland was a Deloitte Edmonton Partner from 2002 until 2016 and the Managing Partner from May 2012 until November 2016. He obtained his CA (CPA) designation in 1993. Leland currently is also an executive advisor to APX Hotels Group and the VETS Group. He also sits on the YPO Chapter Board and the University of Alberta Business School’s Advisory Board.
Farhan Farshori, P. Eng. – COO
Farhan has over 28 years domestic and international experience within various business sectors throughout the world, including Canada, USA, West Africa and Europe. He is a co-founder of an oil service company with focus on compression technology. Previously, Farhan was the Vice President of Corporate Development at Global Energy Services where he positioned a new emerging patented technology to a market leader in three years. Farhan is a professional engineer and holds an engineering degree from the University of Calgary.
Jake Shewchuk, P.Eng. – CTO
Jake is a multidiscipline engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the heavy duty engine industry. He has over 15 years experience with Cummins, where his role progressed from a mechanic to Manufacturing Manager that was involved with diesel, propane, natural gas engines, and related systems. He is the former Chief Engineer at Surepoint Group, overseeing the design and implementation of various heavy duty engine platforms for mobile, stationary and power generation, including Cummins, CAT, Detroit, Waukesha, Jembacher, MAN, MTU, and Volvo. Jake holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace) from the University of Manitoba
